Product Introduction

The new concept of intelligent control device for switchgear status has powerful functions and is used for 3-35KV indoor switchgear. It replaces the existing primary circuit simulation, live display, automatic heating and dehumidification controller, circuit breaker opening and closing buttons, circuit breaker opening and closing status indication, grounding switch indication, and adds functions such as intelligent voice error prevention, live prompt, comprehensive power parameter display, human body induction, and RS485 communication interface. It is suitable for various switchgear such as central cabinets, handcart cabinets, fixed cabinets, and ring main units.

Technical Parameter

★ Circuit breaker status display

1. Circuit breaker opening and closing, passive contact input;

2. When the circuit breaker is closed, the normally open contacts of the circuit breaker are closed, and the red analog strip lights up;

3. When the circuit breaker is opened, the normally closed contacts of the circuit breaker close and the green analog strip lights up.

★Circuit breaker position display

1. When the working position contact is closed, the circuit breaker is displayed in the working position;

2. When the contact of the test position is closed, display the position of the circuit breaker test position;

3. When the circuit breaker handcart is located between the test position and the working position, the light-emitting tubes do not emit light.

★Grounding switch position display

Passive contact input is closed, indicating that the grounding switch is closed; Passive contact input disconnected, indicating that the grounding switch is open.

★Spring energy storage display

Passive contact closed, indicating that the circuit breaker has stored energy

Note: The analog input contacts of the device are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker and the travel switch, and they are all passive contacts.

★High voltage live display section

1. LED startup voltage (KV): rated phase voltage × 0.15~0.65;

2. Locking conversion voltage(KV): Rated phase voltage×0.15~0.65；

When any phase or three phases of the high voltage are charged, the corresponding indicator lights A, B, and C of the high voltage charging device (red) will light up, the electromagnetic locking output will be at the normally open point, and the locking release indicator light (green) will not light up; When all three high-voltage phases are not charged, the high-voltage charging indicator lights A, B, and C phases of the device do not light up, the electromagnetic locking output is the normally closed point, and the locking release indicator light is on.

Note:

1) The supporting high-voltage sensor requires a capacitance value greater than 100PF. If it is less than 100PF, please inform us so that the device can be tested accordingly.

2) The supporting high-voltage sensor to device sensor wire requires the use of single core shielded wire, otherwise our company will not be responsible for any interference caused by the high-voltage live part of the device.

3) When conducting a voltage withstand test on the high-voltage cabinet, please disconnect all wiring terminals of the device and short-circuit the high-voltage live parts of the terminals to avoid damaging the device.

★Temperature and humidity simulation control function

It can be equipped with 1-2 temperature and humidity controls. When the ambient humidity is ≥ 90% RH, heating will be started, and when the humidity is ≤ 75% RH, heating will be stopped.

When the ambient temperature is ≥ 40 ℃, the heating will unconditionally exit; When the ambient temperature is ≥ 50 ℃, the overheating alarm light will turn on.

When the heater is disconnected, the alarm light will turn on.

★Temperature and humidity digital control function

It can be equipped with 1-2 temperature and humidity sensors and output contacts, which can display the temperature and humidity values on site, and users can set them according to their needsThe upper and lower limits of heat/dehumidification output. Unconditionally stop heating when the ambient temperature is ≥ 50 ℃ to prevent overheating damage.

Note:

1) When the load output is connected to the heater, it is required that the heater power must be greater than 100W.

2) When the load output is connected to the fan, the device does not have a disconnection alarm function.

★Intelligent anti error prompt function

When the circuit breaker is located between the test position and the working position, and the circuit breaker is in the closed state, there is a voice prompt of "please open the circuit breaker" until the operator opens the circuit breaker to prevent the operator from forcibly pushing the handcart to the working position when the circuit breaker is in the closed state.

When the circuit breaker is located between the test position and the working position or in the working position, if the grounding switch is forcibly closed by mistake, there will be a voice prompt of "please disconnect the grounding switch" until the operator opens the switch to prevent the operator from accidentally closing the grounding switch.

When the above two misoperations occur simultaneously, there will be a voice prompt of "please disconnect the circuit breaker, please disconnect the grounding switch".

★Recording function of live on/off times of circuit breaker

When a circuit breaker is operating normally, tripping/opening under load due to faults or human error can have a significant impact on its lifespan. Record the number of live opening and closing times of the circuit breaker to provide a basis for users to inspect or replace the circuit breaker.

★Operation switch function

The display device panel is equipped with closing and opening buttons, or opening/closing conversion switches, remote/local conversion switches, energy storage switches, and lighting switches.

★Electrical parameter measurement function

Can monitor electrical parameters such as three-phase current, voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, active energy, reactive energy, etc

★Temperature measurement function of contacts and cable joints

Can measure the temperature of contacts and cable joints online, range: 0℃~125℃, accuracy ± 2At ℃, the probe battery life can be guaranteed for 5 years under normal use, and the design life is 7 years.
